- OR 3 to 4 days a week; faculty clinics 1 to 2 times a week; own clinic 1 to 2 times a month; shares faculty call (about 1 week in 14), residents take first call

- At least 2 clinical or translational projects and 2 manuscripts expected; urology lab with cell culture room, biobank and animal facility access
